Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this timeframe for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition, with tags attached
  • Excluded items include those marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare Your Package: Include the original packing slip or order confirmation in your return shipment.
  3. Shipping the Return: Return the item to the address provided in your return authorization email. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Our team is happy to assist with any questions during this process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check product descriptions before making your purchase.
